Requirements
- Hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
- Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and integrity.
- Bring enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to each session.
- Ability to Commute: Mesa, AZ 85206 (Required)

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and/or in the new Mesa clinic under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and record accurate data to drive treatment success.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
- Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to ensure client progress.
- Foster positive, engaging learning environments for every child.
