Registered Behavior Technician | RBT | After School Hours
About The Position
The Treetop is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas. This role is for individuals who want their work to matter, supporting children in their journey to grow, learn, and reach their full potential. The Treetop offers support, training, and growth opportunities for both new and experienced RBTs. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience is a plus.
- Certified as an RBT.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs.
- Keep families updated on their child's progress.
- Travel to clients' homes within the service area.
- Work independently while staying connected with the clinical team.
