Registered Behavior Technician | RBT | After School Hours
About The Position
The Treetop is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas. This role is for compassionate, dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of children. The Treetop offers support, training, and growth opportunities for those starting in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or already certified as an RBT. As part of the in-home ABA team, you will work directly with children in their natural environment (their homes) to help them grow, learn, and reach their full potential. BCBAs will provide guidance throughout the process of building relationships with families and creating lasting change.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience is a plus.
- Certified as an RBT.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs.
- Keep families updated on their child's progress.
- Work independently in clients' homes while staying connected with the clinical team.
