Under the direction of the Lead Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who is supported by the Clinic Director, the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) shall provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, clinic, community, and school settings. The RBT will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with clinical assessments of children as needed. This role shall work in collaboration with a program supervisor, board-certified behavior analysts, and speech therapists. This can include things like interviewing patients, conducting follow-ups, and collecting data. They must also interact directly with patient clients.
