About The Position
Our outpatient pediatric clinic in Wasilla, AK is looking for a highly motivated registered behavior technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children. At Select Physical Therapy, registered behavior technician's journey becomes a testament to excellence, innovation, and life-changing patient care. You do not have to be a Registered Behavior Technician for consideration for this role, we will provide training and development opportunities to obtain registration.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
- Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
- Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
- Some travel may be required
