About The Position
Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team at the McKinney Center. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, tracking progress, and supporting families. We are committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those we serve and helping children with autism reach their fullest potential in a supportive, compassionate, and innovative environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
