About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families throughout the Brandon area. This role offers the opportunity to work in both school and home environments while receiving ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative, clinician-focused organization. Requirements

  • Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (or willingness to obtain certification)
  • Comfortable working with elementary through high school-aged students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliable transportation for local travel between service locations
  • All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in school and home settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress
  • Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with clinical and funding requirements
  • Support elementary through high school students during the school day
  • Assist students with behavior, communication, classroom participation, and social skills
  • Provide after-school ABA therapy
  • Support caregiver training and skill generalization within the home environment
