About The Position
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) at Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) is a full-time or part-time role focused on making meaningful improvements in the lives of children with autism. The position involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing treatment plans, tracking progress, and supporting families. ALC is committed to a supportive, compassionate, and innovative team environment to help children reach their fullest potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
- Track progress & support families.
