About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This is a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in a child's life. Our treatment involves working directly with the child and family in their natural environment (home, schools, or centers) to teach essential skills like communication, sharing, and play. Our Behavior Technicians make sessions fun through play-based activities and receive comprehensive training to ensure confidence in instructing children affected by autism. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and friendly.

Requirements

Minimum of High School diploma.
Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
A love and Passion for working with children.
Interest in learning.
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

College course work a plus.

Responsibilities

Work directly with children and families in their natural environment (home, schools, centers).
Teach communication, sharing, play, and other essential skills.
Make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities.
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Provide calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism.
