We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is patient, positive, and celebrates small wins. This role is described as a calling and an opportunity to change lives. No prior experience is required as the company provides paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with support from mentors and peers. The company fosters a culture of collaboration and shared success. The role involves working 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years diagnosed with autism in a center-based environment. Daily tasks include delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision, building skills through play and connection, tracking progress using ABA technology, creating a safe and positive environment, and preparing for the RBT certification exam within the first 45 days.
