About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team in Land O’ Lakes and the surrounding Pasco-Hernando region. As a BCBA-owned and operated company, ABA Solutions prioritizes clinical excellence and professional development for its staff. The RBT will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings across Pasco and nearby areas, implementing behavior plans, tracking client progress, and collaborating with BCBAs and allied professionals. The company serves individuals with autism and other developmental differences using trauma-informed, assent-based, and evidence-driven practices.

Requirements

• RBT certification or on the path to becoming one
• All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
• Deliver 1:1 ABA services in public and private school settings
• Collect accurate data and communicate client progress
• Assist with functional behavior assessments
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
