About The Position

The Treetop is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team in Colorado. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 therapy in a child's home setting, assisting with treatment plans, fostering skill development, and working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The Treetop offers exceptional training and support from supervising clinicians and leadership, along with the necessary resources and materials for effective learning and behavior modification. This role is an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children with autism and special needs.

Requirements

• RBT Certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Up-to-date insurance
• Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, Hi Rasmus)

Nice To Haves

• CPR/BLS certification (if applicable)
• TRICARE Certification
• Passion for driving change and supporting client growth
• Desire to positively impact the community
