About The Position

In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-Time. This position involves working one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy in their homes. The role requires travel to clients' homes, following personalized treatment plans, collecting data, and engaging children through play, movement, reading, and games. The technician will maintain a clean and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. The company emphasizes growth opportunities, with potential to move into Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) roles through their Everest Program.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
At least 18 years old
High school diploma
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 12 years old using play-based ABA therapy
Travel to clients’ homes to provide care in comfortable, familiar environments, with the ability to drive up to 45 minutes each way as needed.
Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
