Entry-Level Registered Behavior Technician
About The Position
AAPSA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for their Syracuse clinic. This role is an excellent entry point into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for individuals interested in psychology, education, occupational therapy, speech/language pathology, physical therapy, or human services. RBTs will work one-on-one with children with autism to support their growth in communication, social skills, and behavior. Services are primarily provided in the clinic, with potential opportunities in home, school, and community settings. Comprehensive supervision is provided to ensure RBTs develop strong ABA skills and deliver high-quality care. Requirements
- Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (training will be provided if not currently certified).
- Motivated, reliable, and compassionate individuals.
- Passionate about helping children achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
