About The Position
Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team in San Antonio, TX. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, tracking progress, and supporting families. The center is committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve and fostering a supportive, compassionate, and innovative team environment to help children with autism reach their fullest potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
