About The Position

Houston In-Home ABA Group is looking for dedicated RBTs located in the Bellaire, TX area to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Join the Houston In-Home ABA Group team as we help increase access to life-changing care! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be managed and supervised by an experienced BCBA as you implement life-changing care directly in the child’s home. You will work directly with clients, helping them learn new skills and reach key developmental milestones.

Requirements

Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
Active RBT certification required
Must pass a background check, MVR, OIG, and Federal / State required healthcare sanction checks
A reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license required
TB test and proof of other health screenings/immunizations required

Nice To Haves

Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive
Collect and record data on child behaviors. Help track progress and celebrate milestones using proprietary technology
Partner closely with your BCBA and help inform treatment plans and to effectively implement treatment plans specific to each client’s needs
Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct
