About The Position
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Apara Autism Centers. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans from a BCBA, and tracking progress while supporting families. Apara Autism Centers is committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve by helping children with autism reach their fullest potential. The position is located at the Richardson Center in Dallas, TX, with operating hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible registered RBTs.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
