RBT Afternoons Sign-On Bonus $500
About The Position
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. You’ll work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The role includes direct BCBA mentorship and support, thoughtful clinician-built caseloads, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, paid trainings, and a path to become a BCBA. The work offers autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans, track progress, communicate with families, and meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support. The listed client schedule is Monday and Wednesday, 11:30 AM–4:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday, 1:00–4:00 PM.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- Reliable transportation to get to clients’ homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- College education is a plus but is not required.
