About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This is a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in a child's life. We offer a welcoming environment with a leadership team that supports individual growth and ensures team members feel valued, respected, and heard. Our treatment involves working directly with the child and family in their natural environment (home, schools, or centers) to teach essential skills like communication, sharing, and play, using fun, play-based activities. We provide training to ensure staff are confident in the skills required to instruct children affected by autism. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and friendly.

Requirements

Minimum of High School diploma.
Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
A love and Passion for working with children.
Interest in learning.
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

College course work a plus.

Responsibilities
