Northeast Family Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their growing team. This is a Fee For Service (FFS) position. The RBT will be responsible for implementing clients' behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and providing ABA-based instruction to promote the development of new skills, under the direction of their supervising BCBA. The role involves monitoring client behavior, collecting data, and reporting this data to the supervising BCBA. The RBT will also collaborate with the supervising BCBA and the client's family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
