About The Position

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician for home cases in Salem and surrounding areas. The company will provide training and RBT certification. The therapy team develops customized treatment plans intended to deliver results and improve clients’ quality of life. The role provides one-to-one therapy and implements Applied Behavior Analysis programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Part-time medical benefits are available to those who qualify.

Requirements

Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a behaviorally challenged population.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation and insurance.
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

Registered Behavioral Technician certification (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments.
Provide one-to-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
Provide feedback to the supervisor regarding client progress.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
Track client progress and program data.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient-related information.
