Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team in Albuquerque. ALC is dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism through a supportive, compassionate, and innovative approach. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, tracking progress, and supporting families. The position is part-time, with a schedule available Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, within the operating hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. The Albuquerque Center is located at 8300 Jefferson St. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87114. Onsite BCBAs are available for real-time support.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
