The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician Supervisor to provide hands-on ABA services while supervising, training, scheduling, and supporting a team of RBTs. In this role, you will provide day-to-day employee supervision and operational support for RBT staff while continuing to deliver ABA services under the clinical direction of a BCBA. This is an opportunity to build leadership experience without stepping away from meaningful direct-service work. RBTs provide the consistent, hands-on support that turns BCBA-designed treatment plans into meaningful progress. As the RBT Supervisor, you will help ensure that individuals receive reliable, high-quality services while also making sure RBT team members have the training, schedules, feedback, and day-to-day support they need to succeed. Your work will help children, adolescents, and adults develop greater independence, strengthen communication and daily living skills, participate more fully in their communities, and reduce barriers associated with challenging behavior.
