About The Position

Join Expansion Behavior Supports, a Finni Health Company, as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) in Sequim, Washington. This part-time, in-home role focuses on providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children after school hours. You will work one-on-one with children to help them build essential life skills and create positive change, with mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA. Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children
• A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
• Reliable transportation
• RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)
• Active CPR certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
• Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
