About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and dependable Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide vital one-on-one support for a sweet 3-year-old child who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. The role involves providing support in a flexible environment, which can be home-based or community/center-based. The ideal candidate will be comfortable implementing and following a structured behavioral treatment plan for early intervention.
Requirements
- Must be a Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Comfortable working one-on-one with a young, nonverbal child.
- Able to confidently implement and follow the child's structured behavioral treatment plan.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Compassionate and patient.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with early intervention.
- Prior experience with autism.
- Prior experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support for a 3-year-old child who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum.
