About The Position

We are looking for a caring, patient, empathetic, and dependable female RBT to work one-on-one with a 3-year-old child who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to provide services in either the child's home or another setting. This role offers a chance to make a significant difference in a child's life.

Requirements

• Must be a female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Patient and compassionate.
• Empathetic and caring.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Comfortable working with a young, nonverbal child.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to follow the child's treatment plan.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with autism/ABA preferred.

Responsibilities
