About The Position

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists working in homes, schools, and daycares. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. You will follow an individualized plan developed by a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships that support children’s growth. The BCBA is closely involved and reachable, so you are not expected to work without guidance. The role is available full-time or part-time, with some flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs. Compensation is $20–$27 per hour, based on experience and location. Depending on the practice, training reimbursement and paid hands-on learning may be available for people earning their RBT certification. Career growth support includes a path toward BCBA certification.
