About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in school settings throughout South Tampa. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside educators and multidisciplinary teams. Requirements

  • Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (or willingness to obtain certification)
  • Comfortable working with elementary through high school-aged students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping students succeed in educational settings
  • All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during the school day
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Collect and document accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data
  • Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, caregivers, and clinical supervisors
  • Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements
  • Promote classroom engagement and participation
  • Teach communication and social skills
  • Support behavior intervention plans
  • Help students build independence across the school environment
