About The Position

BH Field is a team of ethical and compassionate ABA clinicians dedicated to addressing the needs of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as their families. As an RBT at BH Field, you will be part of a culture that encourages continuous education and ongoing research in ABA therapy. The role involves providing one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients in their homes, following behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols, and collecting and recording data based on client behavior. You will also be responsible for empathic communication with clients, families, and supervisors, assisting the BCBA during behavioral assessments, and preparing client learning materials. Seeking appropriate consultation from your supervisor is essential to ensure effective treatment implementation.

Requirements

3 months or more of experience as an RBT
Must have a valid RBT Certification Number
Active driver license
Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location
Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience with Catalyst or other data collection

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients
