About The Position

Our Clinical Services Department is currently seeking dedicated RBTs to provide high-quality behavioral support in home settings Throughout North San Diego County. We prioritize a supportive, positive environment where both staff and clients can thrive. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and growing professionally, we’d love to have you join our Clinical Services team.

Requirements

Active RBT Certification: Applicants must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
Flexible Availability: Willingness to work in-home sessions during late afternoon and early evening hours.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
A pre-employment drug screen is required.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in classroom or in-home settings is preferred, though not required— we’re happy to provide training to the right candidate!
