The Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Therapist implements clinical programs assigned by a supervising behavior analyst, collects and graphs behavior data, and supports families through training and modeling behavioral procedures. The role is part-time, with potential to grow into full-time, and may be performed in-home, in-clinic, or in school-based settings in St. Louis, Missouri. The listed pay range is $20–$30 per hour, based on certification and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Current RBT certification in good standing, or willingness to obtain certification; ABA Squad will cover certification costs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office or clinical equipment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
Create program materials as needed.
Collect and graph data for behavior reduction and acquisition programs.
Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
