About The Position

ABA Squad is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Therapist to provide applied behavior analysis services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role is part-time, with potential to grow into full-time, and services may be provided in homes, clinics, or schools in the St. Louis, Missouri area. The position pays $20–$30 per hour, based on certification and experience. The therapist implements clinical programs assigned by a supervising behavior analyst, collects and graphs behavioral data, prepares program materials, and may train parents on behavioral protocols. The role also includes submitting documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines and attending trainings and team meetings. ABA Squad will cover the cost of obtaining RBT certification for eligible employees who are not yet certified. Requirements

Current RBT certification in good standing, or willingness to obtain certification; ABA Squad covers certification costs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office or clinical equipment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
Create program materials as needed.
Collect and graph data for behavior reduction and acquisition programs.
Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
