Not an RBT: No worries if you're not already an RBT we provide paid, on-the-job training, so no prior certification is required. We’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed.

Requirements

• You’re certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
• You’re at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact

Nice To Haves

• No prior certification is required as paid, on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills.
• Track progress.
• Celebrate every win (big or small).
• Be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
