We’re on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic go-getters to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Not an RBT: No worries if you're not already an RBT we provide paid, on-the-job training, so no prior certification is required. We’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed.
Requirements
- Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
- Available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- High school diploma or GED
- Love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
- At least 18 years old and ready to make an impact
Nice To Haves
- Paid, on-the-job training provided for those not already certified as an RBT.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills.
- Track progress.
