About The Position

Little Rays ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism at client locations across Florida. The role is based in Sunrise, Florida, with opportunities to work at various locations across the state. Technicians provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA, help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills, collect data to track progress, and collaborate with families and team members. Training support is available for candidates who are not yet RBT-certified.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification is preferred but not required; training support is available.
• Higher education in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children as guided by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record and track client progress through data collection.
• Partner with families and team members to deliver care.
