About The Position

Little Rays ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide services to children with autism across Florida. The role involves delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of a BCBA, supporting clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills, and collaborating with families and team members. The position is based in North Lauderdale, Florida, with work at client locations across Florida.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification is preferred but not required; training support is available.
• Higher education in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children as guided by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record and track client progress through data collection.
• Partner with families and team members to deliver care.
