About The Position

We are looking for afternoon therapists to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves providing direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), collecting and recording data on client progress, and assisting with treatment plan development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the BCBA and team members, utilize positive reinforcement, and conduct preference assessments. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting

Nice To Haves

RBT Certification a plus
Previous experience working with individuals with ASD is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
