About The Position

We are looking for afternoon therapists to work in home settings. This position involves implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and collecting data on client progress. The role also includes assisting with treatment plan development, collaborating with the team, using positive reinforcement, and conducting preference and functional behavior assessments.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

RBT Certification a plus
Previous experience working with individuals with ASD is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
