About The Position

Betr is seeking a commercially driven, player-obsessed Regional VIP Lead to manage VIP acquisition and growth in the Southeast market, with a focus on Florida and Georgia. This role involves identifying, attracting, and developing VIP relationships throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial contact to long-term loyalty and maximizing lifetime value. The successful candidate will build a VIP player base from the ground up and act as the primary representative of Betr in their designated market.

Requirements

  • 2–5 Years of Relevant Experience in Online Gaming, Casino Hosting, VIP Account Management, or Player Development.
  • Proven Outbound Hunter with a track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing high-net-worth relationships.
  • Strong regional connections and understanding of where high-value players socialize and attend events.
  • Sharp commercial instincts, understanding of bonus investment and expected returns.
  • High Emotional Quotient (EQ) and strong communication skills for building trust with high-net-worth individuals and navigating sensitive situations.
  • Data literate, comfortable reading player reports, CRM dashboards, and profitability data.
  • Self-directed and accountable, thriving in a remote and independent work environment.
  • Genuine passion for casino games and sports betting, understanding of premium gaming experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • An existing book of high-value iGaming or casino players that can be activated immediately.
  • Deep knowledge of the regional gaming landscape.
  • Experience with reinvestment rate calculations.
  • Experience working a regional territory for a sportsbook, online casino, or land-based casino marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and recruit new high-value players in the assigned region through direct outreach, referral networks, local events, and community presence.
  • Develop relationships with introducers, affiliates, and existing players to generate VIP referrals and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Manage a dedicated book of high-value players with personalized, multi-channel outreach (SMS, phone, email) to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Oversee bonusing for assigned players, rewarding desired behaviors, managing reinvestment rates, and protecting company margins.
  • Act as the 'Voice of the Player' by advising the product team on game providers, high-limit titles, and features to enhance the VIP experience.
  • Partner with the Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP lifecycle, from onboarding to loyalty milestones.
  • Analyze player activity to align bonuses with Theoretical Win and actual play behavior.
  • Systematically collect player insights on site UX/UI and competitor offerings, translating feedback into actionable intelligence for Retention and Product teams.
  • Monitor player health, track activity drops, and implement proactive reactivation strategies.
  • Own and exceed regional revenue KPIs, including VIP acquisition, active player count, NGR contribution, and market share.
  • Ensure all player interactions and incentives comply with regulatory standards, responsible gaming protocols, and internal policies.
