About The Position

The Regional Vice President (RVP) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all branches in the region, ensuring financial performance, alignment with corporate strategy, maintenance of a strong organizational culture, and leadership development within teams. The RVP acts as the CEO of the region and is responsible for ensuring profitable and sustainable growth across economic cycles. The RVP is fully responsible for regional performance, including financial results, market share growth, health and safety, operational excellence, leadership development, and the integration of all business functions within the 'One NORS Canada' model.

  • Mentor and develop branch managers as business leaders.
  • Develop succession plans and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  • Foster engagement, retention, and skill development.
  • Strengthen relationships with key and at-risk customers.
  • Improve NPS and customer experience.
  • Collaborate nationally on strategic and major accounts.
  • Implement Lean principles and a structured operational cadence.
  • Foster continuous improvement (PDCA, A3 thinking, Kaizen).
  • Ensure uniform execution across all branches.
  • Promote a zero-incident safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Reduce financial, operational, and customer-related risks.
