HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Regional Vice President (RVP) to support our Long-Term Care Division in South Carolina. This role is open to candidates who are a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). As an RVP, you will oversee therapy operations across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care communities, ensuring excellence in clinical outcomes, service delivery, and partner satisfaction. Role Highlights: Lead a portfolio of Senior Living community partners with weekly travel Apply expertise in reimbursement structures, clinical data analytics, and customer-facing data review Benefit from strong operational support and a highly collaborative leadership team Prior multi-site or management experience preferred Candidates should be located in or open to relocating to Texas Compensation: Annual base salary: $105,000–$120,000, plus bonus eligibility This is a high-impact role for licensed therapy leaders looking to advance their career and help shape the future of our Senior Living division.
