About The Position

The Regional Vice President is a senior member of the leadership team, with accountability for the operational and organizational performance of all program sites within the region and responsibility for driving strategic, operational, and organizational outcomes. This leader ensures that school and program operations run efficiently and in full regulatory compliance, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across all programs and services. The ideal candidate combines strong operational and financial acumen with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in regional operations, multi-site management, or organizational leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong operational, financial, and leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site teams and managing cross-functional programs in educational or healthcare settings.
  • Proven experience with budget management, regulatory compliance, and organizational operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, walking, speaking, and listening.
  • Must be able to use a computer and standard office equipment.
  • Visual and manual dexterity sufficient to read and write.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience leading growth, expansion, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data systems or EMRs related to operational reporting and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all program sites within the assigned region.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for site performance, ensuring programs meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with site/school leaders to drive consistent execution of organizational policies, procedures, and standards across the region.
  • Manage regional budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with families, community organizations, referral sources, and local agencies to support enrollment and program reputation.
  • Monitor regional compliance with legal, licensing, and regulatory requirements, and lead corrective action where needed.
  • Represent the organization to external stakeholders, regulators, and partners within the region.
  • Provide strategic leadership and regional oversight for regional initiatives, program performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement efforts across all sites.
  • Lead and support regional leadership teams to achieve organizational objectives and operational goals.
  • Establish and uphold operational standards aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and monitoring of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Guide data collection and analysis to support informed decision-making and performance management.
  • Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and external partners to support regional objectives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to support regional workforce planning, hiring needs, and retention strategies, while supervising, mentoring, and developing site leaders and leadership teams across the region.
  • Oversee training and ongoing professional development for regional teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that integrates organizational priorities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support succession planning for regional leadership roles.
  • Directly supervises site/school leaders and regional department heads within the region, and indirectly oversees all site-based staff through those direct reports.
