As a Regional Vice President, the role oversees a geographic region of DuraServ locations in the area of sales performance and service operations with profit and loss responsibility. The scope includes leading, managing, and coaching other mid-level managers with teams. The second role as a Division Manager is responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) book of business and will manage a dedicated sales and service team. In this role, partnering with established and new customers is essential.
