About The Position

The Regional Vice President is responsible for translating Havenpark's strategic vision into actionable plans, driving performance to meet and exceed ambitious goals. This role involves mastering data analysis to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement and growth. The Vice President champions the Havenpark operating model, integrating newly acquired communities and overseeing the financial health of their portfolio through diligent oversight of P&Ls, budgets, and capital projects. Key responsibilities also include leading sales and leasing initiatives, ensuring high standards for community curb appeal, vendor management, and rehabilitation projects. The role requires inspiring, coaching, and developing direct reports, fostering clear communication, and serving as a vital link between the Home Office and community teams. Furthermore, the Regional Vice President is expected to champion a customer-centric culture, proactively address resident needs, promote employee engagement, and ensure unwavering compliance with company values, work processes, and Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • At least 2 years as a Regional or District Manager.
  • Proven experience in property management is essential.
  • A demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, controlling expenses, and managing P&L statements and budgets.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A history of delivering outstanding results, both individually and through the teams you lead.
  • The ability to innovate, solve complex problems, and bounce back quickly from setbacks, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • A natural talent for coaching, motivating, and developing others to achieve their best.

  • A background in manufactured housing communities or multifamily assets.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Havenpark's strategic vision into actionable plans, driving performance to meet and exceed ambitious goals.
  • Master the data—analyze performance reports, identify key trends, and develop targeted strategies for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Champion the Havenpark operating model, seamlessly integrating newly acquired communities through the successful execution of 100-day plans.
  • Own the financial health of your portfolio, maintaining positive NOI through diligent oversight of community P&Ls, annual budgets, and capital projects.
  • Lead the charge in sales and leasing, understanding pipeline metrics and implementing initiatives to drive consistent, positive results.
  • Ensure every community reflects our commitment to excellence by overseeing curb appeal, vendor management, and rehabilitation projects to the highest standards.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop your direct reports—On-Site Community Managers and Sales & Leasing personnel—to reach their full potential.
  • Foster a culture of clear communication, high expectations, and unwavering support through regular 1:1s, staff meetings, and strategic guidance.
  • Serve as the vital link between our Home Office and community teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring a free flow of information and feedback.
  • Build a high-performing team by effectively evaluating talent and making strategic staffing decisions that elevate our operations.
  • Be the champion of a customer-centric culture, creating an environment where both residents and employees feel valued and heard.
  • Proactively address resident needs, ensuring concerns are resolved with speed and empathy.
  • Promote and support employee engagement initiatives that build a strong, unified team dedicated to our mission.
  • Lead by example, embodying and reinforcing Havenpark’s core values in every decision and interaction.
