Position Overview: Shaw's Retail Sales Division is looking to hire a Regional Vice President of Residential Sales to lead it's Northern New England and Albany, NY market. This people leader will consistently achieve desired business results, positively influence customers and develop and facilitate the continued growth of the Territory Sales Managers (TMs) on their team. This leader is responsible for leading, motivating, training, and directing the Territory Managers to accomplish the corporate goals for their assigned brands. A key responsibility of the Regional Vice President is the implementation, development, and management of all programs, be it product introductions, product promotions, sample placement, or the communication of any specific programs. The RVP operates in a servant leadership model, translating strategy into action while maintaining a strong presence in the field. This leader partners cross-functionally with marketing, product, supply chain, and customer experience teams to deliver a unified “One-Shaw” experience and drive profitable growth across all product categories. This role also provides strategic leadership and operational direction for the Mainstreet Commercial brands (Philadelphia Commercial and Queen Commercial) within the Residential channel, ensuring alignment between enterprise initiatives and in-market execution. This position will reside in and work from the Northern NE or Albany area.
