Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.
  • Current, unencumbered RN/PT/CRNP/MD/DPT licensed preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal and State regulations and requirements that govern hospice and home health agencies.
  • Proven ability to maintain good regulatory compliance and clinical outcomes.
  • Proven ability to in staff development and mentoring.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Setting Operations strategy, clear direction, effective plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources.
  • Developing and engaging talent to support current and future business needs.
  • Driving continuous improvement at our locations and supporting technology enhancements that drive margin growth and productivity.
  • Ensuring that our KPIs align to effective and successful business outcomes.
  • Alignment across key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the hiring and retention of agency administrator(s)
  • Aid in the review and analysis of financial, clinical, and operational performance indicators.
  • Responsible for filling in for Agency Director/Administrator in the event the position is vacant.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical and business plans.
  • Work with location leadership to ensure effective report management and interpretation of key performance indicators.
  • Attract, develop, and retain key talent at our locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
