About The Position

As the Regional Vice President of HR, you will drive people initiatives that support operational excellence, team engagement, leadership development, compliance, and talent acquisition across the Central Market. You will partner with senior leadership to cultivate an inclusive and high-performing culture while supporting business growth and team member success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in hospitality, foodservice, sports, or entertainment industries
  • Experience leading multi-unit or regional HR operations
  • Knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional HR operations and workforce planning initiatives
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Partner with operational leadership on staffing and retention initiatives
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning
  • Analyze HR metrics to support strategic business decisions
  • Support leadership development and training programs
  • Manage employee engagement and performance management processes
