We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Human Resources to join our leadership team and help drive the continued growth, culture, and operational excellence of the organization. Position Summary The Vice President of Human Resources is a hands-on leader responsible for direct administration and execution of Company’s human resources operations and people strategy. Reporting to the CEO, will serve as trusted advisor and Business Partner to corporate leadership, while maintaining direct accountability for day-to-day HR execution and government-contracting environment. This position is highly execution-oriented and requires independent ownership of HR programs, including onboarding and terminations, payroll and labor compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and employment risk management. Ensures HR infrastructure, controls, and practices scale appropriately to support growth and corporate objectives.
