The RVP is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing national and regional CPA firms to participate in a structured referral program. This role will drive strategic growth by building mutually beneficial partnerships with CPA firms seeking to enhance client value through integrated wealth management advice and solutions. This individual will serve as a senior relationship-builder and strategic growth leader, responsible for transforming CPA alliances into a scalable, repeatable referral and revenue engine. The role requires a consultative, partnership-first approach, deep understanding of the RIA and CPA business models, and the ability to clearly articulate the value of coordinated tax and wealth planning. This is a strategic growth mandate focused on expanding referral partnerships, increasing AUM and revenue contribution, and strengthening the firm’s presence within the accounting community. This position may be remote and requires national travel. The expected pay range, in the first year, for this RVP position is $240,000 - $275,000 annually. We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data.
