About The Position

Regional Vice Presidents are the driving force behind the success of up to 20 branch managers in their region. As members of the Coldwell Banker leadership team, they are responsible for all aspects of sales, profits, employee and agent relations within their territory. As a Regional Vice President, you are challenged to increase profits and drive growth within your territory by mentoring and developing effective Branch Managers while supervising their sales and management activities. You are team builders, who identify and recruit outstanding, highly qualified candidates for future management positions through effective talent acquisition and succession. The bottom line: You will be accountable for overall net agent growth and increased profitability while focusing on all real estate activities within your territory!

Requirements

  • Recognized real estate leader, with 8+ years dynamic sales and management experience
  • Sales excellence with illustrated leadership credibility.
  • Manager and motivator, with the ability to efficiently lead all levels of the organization; train, empower and lead branch managers and sales associates and employees in accordance with company standards.
  • Problem solver, with excellent project management skills who can analyze unique situations, and creatively resolve problems.
  • Results driven, with strong business and financial savvy and confirmed profit and loss responsibility.
  • Outstanding communicator, with exceptional people-to-people skills; persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills impeccable grammar, both written and verbal.
  • Technologically proficient, with familiarity of operating systems and programs on PCs and Macs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe programs; demonstrate the capability to navigate and learn programs and platforms, including social media.
  • Licensed real estate agent.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous brokerage management and/or real estate ownership experience preferred.
  • A four-year college degree in business-related field of study is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Increase profits and drive growth within their territory by mentoring and developing effective Branch Managers while supervising their sales and management activities.
  • Identify and recruit outstanding, highly qualified candidates for future management positions through effective talent acquisition and succession.
  • Accountable for overall net agent growth and increased profitability while focusing on all real estate activities within their territory.
  • Build for future growth by recruiting and developing highly qualified candidates for branch management leadership.
  • Coach and develop management team using consistent performance coaching program to peak performance measured by established profitability and net agent growth targets.
  • Identify, recruit, acquire, develop and retain highly productive branch managers.
  • Ensure branch managers are set up for success in their local market.
  • Hold managers accountable for achieving quarterly and annual performance objectives.
  • Achieve regional organic growth by mentoring and developing branch manager teams.
  • Enable their success by encouraging use of all available tools, including prospecting, technology and business development programs.
  • Develop and implement business plan to meet or exceed annual regional growth targets.
  • Accountable for implementing and proper use of all marketing, listing and recruiting campaigns.
  • Embrace Coldwell Banker’s value proposition and full-service offerings to prospective agents.
  • Drive penetration of preferred services, including mortgage, title, home warranty, insurance and relocation to support region’s annual targets.
  • Motivate sales associates to appreciate, support and effectively promote those values and services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing company strategy, including technology and strategic marketing activities.
  • Share management accountability for developing and implementing sales and operational strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, industry regulation and with state and federal law, including RESPA and Fair Housing standards.
